Artsy Fartsy Art Lessons has moved!
The new studio space is located in the Scenic Hill neighborhood of Kent.
The studio address will only be given to enrolled students.
The studio will be closed on Monday September 7th.
Art Disciplines Offered and Availability
One-on-One classes: $50 for 60 minutes.
Classes of two individuals: $40 per artist for 75 minutes.
** Grouped classes are for friends, family, coworkers, etc. **
Drawing classes are designed to help students achieve their artistic goals. If a student is new to the studio, they will start with drawing fundamentals to get insight as to how I can assist them in learning new skills. From there, students will develop their skills in perspective, proportion, value and eventually color.
Students are also encouraged to explore different drawing styles as they grow creatively.
Drawing mediums taught include sketch pencil, ebony pencil, charcoal, oil pastel.
Some supplies students will have to purchase should they wish to explore a new medium.

Painting
Painting classes are designed to help students achieve their artistic goals. Students new to the studio will have to start with basic paint mixing techniques before exploring realism and other art styles.
Students are also encouraged to explore different drawing styles as they grow creatively.
Painting mediums taught include gouache and acrylic.
Painting techniques taught include realism, Impressionism, Cubism, Fauvism, Minimalism, palette knife painting.
Some supplies students will have to purchase should they wish to explore a new medium.

Artsy Fartsy Art Lessons is a
home-based studio to keep class costs affordable. The address will only be shared with enrolled students.
The minimum age at this studio is seven. If your young artist is under seven years old, they will have to wait until they reach the required age.
