Studio Policies 

 

*** STUDIO POLICIES ***

Be sure to read about the policies in place at the studio! 

 

Students MUST bring their tools they receive to EVERY CLASS (ie. paint brushes, pencils, erasers, etc) 

Paper, canvas and paint will be provided by Artsy Fartsy Art Lessons for each session. 

Masks are not required for one -on-one sessions.

Students are encouraged to wear masks while in the studio when attending mall groups sessions.

 

*** CANCELLATION POLICY ***

ANY class that is cancelled MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE of a scheduled,

 the missed session will be rescheduled with no extra fee. 

ANY CLASS that is cancelled LESS THAN 12 HOURS OF A SCHEDULED, PAID CLASS WILL INCUR A $20 FEE. 

This policy went into effect in 2021. 

*** PAYMENT POLICY ***

ALL payments MUST be made online 48 hours prior to scheduled class time, 

Payment options are Zelle (prferred) or Paypal. 

Information on how to pay online will be given at time when class is scheduled. 

Failure to pay for a session 48 hours prior to scheduled class time will result in automatic cancellation of the lesson. 

 

*** LATE STUDENT PICK UP FEE ***

Punctuality is important! 

PARENTS who are more than 10 minutes late picking up their young artist will be charged a $20 LATE PICK UP FEE.

IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE OR HAVE AN EMERGENCY,  PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL THE STUDIO!
