Studio Policies 

 

*** STUDIO POLICIES ***

Be sure to read about the policies in place at the studio! 

*** SCHEDULING A SESSION ***

All classes are subject to availability. Sessions must be scheduled 48 hours prior to desired class time.

There are no walk-in classes available. 

Students MUST bring their tools they receive to EVERY CLASS (ie. paint brushes, pencils, erasers, etc) 

Paper, canvas and paint will be provided by Artsy Fartsy Art Lessons for each session.

Students should arrive up to ONLY FIVE MINUTES BEFORE their scheduled session. 

*** PAYMENT POLICY ***

ALL payments MUST be made online 48 hours prior to scheduled class time, 

Payment options are Zelle (prferred), Paypal or Venmo. 

Information on how to pay online will be given at time when class is scheduled. 

Failure to pay for a session 48 hours prior to scheduled class time will result in automatic cancellation of the lesson. 

Cash, credit cards and checks are NOT accepted at the studio. 

*** CANCELLATION POLICY ***

ANY class that is cancelled MORE THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE of a scheduled session will be rescheduled with no fee. 

ANY class that is cancelled LESS THAN 12 HOURS OF A SCHEDULED CLASS WILL INCUR A $20 FEE. 

This policy went into effect in 2021. 

*** LATE STUDENT PICK UP FEE ***

Punctuality is important! 

PARENTS who are more than 10 minutes late picking up their young artist will be charged a $20 LATE PICK UP FEE.

IF YOU ARE RUNNING  LATE OR HAVE AN EMERGENCY,  PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL THE STUDIO!
